Deliveries and deadlines

Areas served – Phase 1
We currently deliver to Belgium , mainland France , Luxembourg and Switzerland .

Estimated delivery times

• Belgium / France / Luxembourg : 5 to 7 business days after dispatch for small items. 8 to 12 days for paintings and printed canvases.

• Switzerland : 7 to 10 working days after dispatch. 8 to 12 days for printed paintings and canvases.

Customs duties and local taxes
For orders destined for Switzerland, customs fees and/or local taxes may be applied upon receipt.
These fees are the responsibility of the client and vary according to Swiss regulations.

Origin of shipments
All our orders are shipped from our European production facility.
A tracking number is provided for most shipments.
In some rare cases (small parcels to certain destinations), tracking may be limited.
